Urban Development
A tool to support local authorities with developing policies.

The scan is a tool for local municipalities to have a diagnosis made of strengths and weaknesses in spatial and policy management. The aim is the formation of an agenda of projects and policy changes towards the transition to a sustainable living environment.  Specifically, we look at the link between spatial planning and the challenges faced by our current climate and energy crisis. The solution lies in the creation and protection of open space, maximum use of the potential of built space, the development of new affordable housing typologies, more efficient mobility and sustainable energy management.
